“90” Rating from Wine Enthusiast

Trueheart bottle

“This is a big, hearty Petite Sirah, showing class, elegance and power. Dry and softly tannic, it has ripe flavors of blackberry, currant, bacon and cedar, sprinkled with black pepper.” So goes the wonderful review of our wine that appeared in the new March issue of Wine Enthusiast Magazine. They gave a “90” rating for our ’09 vintage!

We are introducing our ’10 vintage at this year’s annual Dark & Delicious event in Alameda, California.  If you live in the Bay Area, this is a really fun event. You can taste nearly 60 different Petite Sirahs (including Trueheart, of course), and there will be over 30 area restaurants and caterers providing really great food that pairs well with big Petites. It takes place this Friday, February 22, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m at the Rock Wall Wine Company. Tickets are $63 per person, and the parking is free.  Click here to buy tickets.
